Wendy understands that a strong Democratic Party requires healthy relationships. As Chair, she will:
• Rebuild trust between Party leaders, committees, and grassroots Democrats through transparency, collaboration, and consistent communication.
• Reconnect and re-engage with Democratic-aligned organizations — unions, caucuses, issue groups, and coalitions — to build a more united and effective ecosystem.
• Foster a culture of mutual respect where differences are addressed constructively and every Democrat feels valued, heard, and included.
• Create clear pathways for dialogue and input from the grassroots up, providing everyone with a seat at the table.
